Click "Schedule / Dates" in the menu at the top of the page or use the green button below to view the full schedule of available classes at Jon-Don. You can toggle the filters to sort by date, instructor, location, or class name. Click the "View Event" button next to the course you'd like to take to visit the event page and begin the registration process.

Class fees/tuition do not include IICRC exam fees.

The IICRC certification exam cost is a separate fee paid directly to the IICRC. Visit www.iicrc.org to register online and submit the exam fee prior to or on the first day of class.

Please contact the IICRC with any questions regarding this process.

Each student must provide their own computer, Internet, webcam and audio connection. Students may not share a computer. The IICRC requires that a student's camera be on at all times throughout the duration of class.

No. Students may not share a screen for a Live Stream class. 

All students must be registered individually for each class and have their own equipment, including a computer, webcam, and microphone/speaker.

You can transfer your seat to another person in your company any time before the first day of class. Click on the "Modify Registration" in your confirmation email to change the contact information or contact education@jondon.com for assistance.

You may transfer your registration to another class of the same or equivalent value if the request is made more than 30 days prior to the first day of class. To request a class transfer, contact education@jondon.com.

All class fees must be paid via credit card at the time of registration. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. 

If you have already registered for a class and want to add more students to your group at a later date, follow the steps below:

  1. The primary registrant in your group must login to the class/event site.
  2. Click on ""Already registered? Login Here!" followed by "Welcome Back! Modify Your Registration Here!"
  3. Click on "Modify Group Registration" at the top of the page and skip to Step 5 to add more students to your group.

All class registrations, including on-demand classes, are non-refundable.

You may transfer your seat to another person within your company any time prior to the first day of class through the "Modify Registration" link within the confirmation email or by emailing education@jondon.com.

You may move your registration to another class date for the same or equivalent value class so long as the request is sent to education@jondon.com more than 30 days prior to the first day of class. Transfer requests received less than 30 days prior to the start of class are not permitted due to the financial commitments we have incurred to the instructor, IICRC, or other training organization.
