The customer’s perception of your company is heavily weighted by the interaction with the technician in her home. Make sure it is a good one.

What You'll Learn
This course prepares technicians to be customer relationship experts. Participants will learn:
- The ‘Emotional Dynamics‘ of working in a customer’s home.
- How customers decide if your employees have done a ‘good job or a ‘bad job.
- Why (and how) to build a life-long relationship and create a Cheerleader customer.
- Simple scripts that makes VAS easy to implement.
- Hands-on training and role playing that shows techs how to make the VAST concepts work.

If you have already registered for a class and want to add more students to your group at a later date, follow the steps below:
- The primary registrant in your group must login to the class/event site.
- Click on ""Already registered? Login Here!" followed by "Welcome Back! Modify Your Registration Here!"
- Click on "Modify Group Registration" at the top of the page and skip to Step 5 to add more students to your group.
