Staci Sargent
Staci Sargent, owner of Restoration Made Simple, brings over 10 years of restoration industry experience and holds IICRC certifications in WRT, AMRT, FSRT, and HST. She specializes in technician training and CE education, and developed the National Technician Production Zoom Training, which has been attended by 400+ technicians, owners, and project managers. Her online library features 100+ technician training classes.
Staci has certified over 12 restoration companies to offer CE classes to insurance and real estate agents, teaching across six states. Her online training platform serves over 1,800 subscribers.
Staci served 10 years in the U.S. Army as an Intelligence Analyst, including two years as a Drill Sergeant—an invaluable experience for training technicians. She is also a Licensed Social Worker, a background that proves priceless in consulting small business owners.
